  3. Product missing from the order
  4. Order cancelled before shipment

📌 Refund requests must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  1. Product has been used or opened
  2. Request is made after the allowed time frame
  3. Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
  4. Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  2. Share proof (images/video if applicable)

  4. Refund is initiated after approval

  1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or wallet

  1. Refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days after approval
  2. It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider

🚚 6. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
